Rhythm N Flow Therapeutic Dance Sessions are not dance classes, but a powerful tool for healing and personal growth. Each session encourages participants to express themselves using their own spontaneous improvised movements. This non-verbal method of communication can support the processing of emotions, experiences and thoughts that may be otherwise difficult to articulate opening a pathway to healing.
